    Everest tent is impressive with only minor “flaws”

    The tent is amazing! The build quality is great, the materials are impressive and the “toughness” of this tent seems to be plenty for multiple years of use. The skylight is AWESOME! I LOVE this tent!… but there are a few small drawbacks 1: it’s super heavy 2: The rear latch “opens” up while going down the road even after adjustment 3: I’m getting a popping sound when the tent is pulled closed 4: zipper for window just below the light strip will bounce off the aluminum shell with any movement and it’s surprisingly loud. Have to modify/remove the inner zipper tab. 5: mattress isn’t that comfy for 190+lbs person. Seriously an awesome tent with a few drawbacks I can live with.

    got this tent at the begging of summer, have gone on 4 long trips total of 15 nights. sleep has been perfect for me firm with a little cushion is what i like. the air vents are great placements. unit is very heavy, but well made. my only few complaints with my experience water gathered at the top and when i got out and my head hit the rain fly it all came down on my back . the grab handle rope gets stuck when i fold in the lower half. but over all. I'm very happy with my first Rooftop tent and I'm glad i choose this one .

    Luxury RTT

    My wife and I got the XD Everest RTT and we LOVE it!. Set up and take down is so easy and the blackout material makes it easy to sleep in and also has the bonus of not casting silhouettes at night when the lights are on. We are looking forward to 4 season camping with the addition of our diesel heater and the built in port for the vent as well as the insulated liner. I can't wait to add an Annex when they are available.
