Standard Shipping & Delivery Policy to the U.S.

We offer FREE standard shipping every day on U.S. orders of $99 or more* when shipping to the lower 48 states.

Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.99 to most destinations within the contiguous United States.

Free and flat-rate shipping offers exclude Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and international orders. Additional shipping charges may apply to oversized items, freight shipments, and other products that require special handling.

*Sales tax and charitable donations are excluded from the order subtotal when determining eligibility for free shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page under the Shipping or Returns tab. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available during checkout.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We may ship your order using any of the major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS). At this time, we are unable to offer customers the option to select a preferred carrier.

Please note that some items may require a longer processing, ship-out, and/or delivery timeframe. These items may be included in our Shipping & Delivery Exceptions.

Large & Oversized Item Delivery

Large, heavy, and oversized items may be shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight rather than standard ground shipping.

For LTL shipments, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure that the phone number and contact information provided with your order are accurate and up to date so the carrier can reach you and avoid unnecessary delivery delays.

Delivery times for LTL freight shipments may vary based on the destination, carrier availability, and appointment scheduling.
