No purchase necessary to enter or win. The OVS Military Trailer Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase will not increase the chances of winning. The Giveaway begins in March 2026 and ends on December 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST. Participants must complete all official entry requirements as outlined in the official giveaway post, website landing page, or promotional materials to qualify. Only one entry per person unless otherwise specified. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or generated by bots will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Overland Vehicle Systems (“OVS”). One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified via direct message, email, or phone within seven (7) business days after the giveaway closes. If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, OVS reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The prize consists of one (1) OVS Military Trailer with specifications determined solely by OVS. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at OVS’s discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, title fees, registration fees, insurance, licensing, transportation, towing equipment, vehicle compatibility, maintenance, repairs, delivery arrangements, and any additional costs associated with claiming, owning, towing, storing, modifying, or operating the trailer unless otherwise stated by OVS in writing. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure their tow vehicle is properly equipped, rated, insured, and legally compliant for safe towing and operation of the trailer. OVS reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary due to product availability or unforeseen circumstances.
By entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that Overland Vehicle Systems, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, sponsors, partners, dealers, and representatives shall not be held liable for any accidents, collisions, injuries, death, property damage, towing failures, vehicle damage, trailer sway incidents, mechanical failures, tire failures, product defects, deformities, improper installation, misuse, negligence, off-road incidents, road hazards, acts of nature, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, possession, transportation, towing, storage, modification, or use of the OVS Military Trailer. OVS is not responsible for any damages caused to personal vehicles, third-party vehicles, property, equipment, or persons resulting from improper towing, overloading, unsafe driving conditions, operator error, failure to follow manufacturer recommendations, or unauthorized modifications to the trailer. Winner assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with ownership and operation of the trailer immediately upon transfer of possession.
Entrants further acknowledge that off-road travel, overlanding, towing, camping, and outdoor recreation activities involve inherent risks that may result in serious injury, death, or property damage, and participation is voluntary and at the entrant’s own risk. OVS makes no guarantees or warranties beyond any applicable manufacturer warranty provided with the trailer, if any. By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to receive marketing communications, promotional emails, SMS messages, newsletters, product updates, and other advertising materials from OVS and its affiliated partners. Entrants agree that the personal information submitted during entry, including but not limited to name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and social media handles, may be collected, stored, used, and shared by OVS for marketing, promotional, analytics, customer engagement, and mailing list purposes in accordance with applicable laws. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time through unsubscribe links or written request where applicable.
By participating, entrants further grant OVS the unrestricted right to use their name, social media handle, likeness, image, submitted content, testimonials, and any giveaway-related media for advertising, marketing, promotional, publicity, and commercial purposes in any medium now known or later developed without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Employees of OVS, its affiliates, dealers, distributors, advertising agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate. OVS reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entrants and may disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. OVS also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway as determined solely by OVS. This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform used to promote the Giveaway. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and all decisions made by OVS, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
