Roof Top Tent Shipment

Congratulations on your purchase of the Rooftop Tent System! 

We want to walk you through what to expect from us and the carrier during the shipping process.


1. Please allow 7-10 business days to arrive at the local terminal, the carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment. In the event that the delivery address is considered a Beyond Point (greater than 30 miles from a major metropolitan area) by the delivery agent, there may be an additional delay in the receipt of your tent.

 

2. Due to the size of your package the shipment had to go through a common carrier and unlike UPS, FedEx or USPS the common carriers want a signature to deliver your tent.

 

3. If the address you provided is being delivered to a commercial or industrial building and operates during normal business hours, then the delivery process should be extremely easy. If this a residential or home delivery you will need to be home during the delivery.

7. Please contact the carrier directly to confirm delivery date and estimated time for delivery.

 

8. We have scheduled a residential delivery as well as a lift gate service which means they will be able to unload it from the truck and assist you in moving it to your property.

Product is packed extremely well; however, if you do see damage, please note that on the bill of lading before signing and please take some pictures plus contact us. If damage appears beyond the outer shipping crate, please refuse, and again contact us.
